Lord Tom Tom Incarnate Joined: 09/08/2007 Location: ND	I found the recipe: Hunters dig into pheasant sandwiches in Aberdeen http://articles.aberdeennews.com/2011-10-14/news/30282060_1_pheasant-eagle-pass-lodge-hunters Pheasant sandwich recipe If you're looking to make an original World War II pheasant sandwich, use the following recipe: • 3 cups cooked pheasant, finely chopped • 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped • 2 carrots, grated • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish • Salt and pepper • Mayonnaise or salad dressing Mix all ingredients together. Add mayonnaise or dressing to make right consistency. Chill. Spread on sandwich bread.
