We, as sportsmen are supposed to be on the same page, but even though mowser believes only his opinion matters, he forgets the fact that Union guys like myself, love the outdoors, support gun rights, etc, and this POS takes every opportunity to bash, even when ideas are shared. Anytime legislation for gun control comes up, I oppose it. But If mooser wants me to take the other position, I will. He might believe in the right to bear arms, and backs it up with his 2nd amendment rights, but I believe in the 2nd amendment, and back it up with my guns. Leave it to morons like him to bring paper to a gun fight. He will lose that one. Coward that he is.

Spark would you show me where I bashed the Union,I asked if the Union was there when this  guy got hurt as it happened in 2005.  Where did I bash the Union?  I admit i have no use for the Unions never have and  never will.

North Dakota man sues sugar company for causing fall

GRAND FORKS (AP) - A man who claims American Crystal Sugar Co.'s failure to keep ice off a scale platform caused his fall and injury is suing the company for $50,000.

Dean Dauner filed his suit in Traill County on Wednesday. His lawsuit alleges that the slippery conditions at a Hillsboro scale in January 2005, led to his fall.

The lawsuit said the fall caused Dauner to put his left hand through a window at a weigh station building. The suit says he had severe lacerations to his left hand.

American Crystal spokesman Jeff Schweitzer said the company does not comment on pending lawsuits.
