Verizon coverage and 4G

When I got my wireless internet from verizon I asked about it.  I was told it only worked towards minneapolis, not in this area.  They did not know if/when it would be here, that was in grand forks.  They can sell it to ya, but it dumbs down to (3g?) unless your towards the twin cities, so I did not waste the $$ on it.  Good luck, this was in march, things change quick in the electronics world, so who knows, not me.

For what its worth, Verizon is bringing 4G to NE SD this fall.

My ATT phone works awesome everywhere!

Not this arguement again... I can honestly say every cell phone I've ever owned has sucked, whether its been allltell or verizon

Verizon and att supposedly both putting new towers up right north of keene. Hit and miss all over from new town to watford city. It does suck.

4G worries me- Lightsquared, I think that is the company name has not been able to prove that their transmissions won't mess up GPS signals. They even hired Mr. Dorgan to help push their intiative through along with another one or two ex-congessmen. Hopefully they will get this straightened out before putting into service.

 4g for most of the brands wont be around here til around december........even then it will probably be a bubble around fargo and thats it
