My schedule was not looking good for chasing some turkeys this year, but I might actually get a "kitchen pass" in the next week or so.  Wanted to check out some new turf, never chased gobblers in area 44.  Was going to start by exploring areas near the Little Missouri, check out some public ground and knock on a few doors.  Any other advice or suggestions?  Any guidance or input would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Funny how no one is willing to step up for you!
I don't hunt there but do have family from Rhame and they also ranch on the little missouri west of Davis dam. From what I have seen fall hunting it shouldn't be to hard to get on land for turkeys. One of the reasons I love to hunt them. You plan should be just fine stick to the river bottom and knock on doors and I don't think you will have any problems.

You may find their sheds! But I'll shoot them dead!
