what lake did u get the tulibee own been looking for them and cant find any me and my old man can them so we been tring to hunt them down any help were look for them.

Lake of the Woods has whitefish. They look much different than these Tulibee.  They are two different species altogether. I can tell these aren't LOW.  Good catch my friend. I'll have to send you a PM, went after them Saturday morning but was a tid bit slow.  Nice work!

I've only caught whitefish in Lake of the Woods in the winter.  I guess I should have said, to my experience I have only caught whitefish there. Thats what the resort owner has said.   My apologies.

I can speak from experience back in the 70's thru the early 90's they were quite prevelant in the LOW. My Grandfather ran the Morey's Fishery in Warroad MN, during the commercial fishing days on the big lake. Just not the same anymore out there. It is where the present day casino is now....
