If we're not supposed to eat animals, how come they're made out of meat?

TIme's POY has been a joke for quite some time now.  Much like the Nobel Committee's winner of the Nobel Peace Prize has been in some years.

“Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it.” ~ Mark Twain

Yeah, let's give them more reason to spend time not working, thinking they are making an impact on the American people.  What a joke.  The award should have been disbanded as soon as Hitler was named person of the year in 1938.

was he? didn't osama(obama) get it in 2008? rowlingstones had somthing like that too, and what did he do to get it? that and the no brains peace prize? absolutely nothing! the nobel peace prize should be given only to those who realy deserve it. in the forum one time there was a very funny cartoon in the editorials, nobel peace prize winners were standing next to each other, nelsen mandela ended apartide, mother teresa cared for those in need, TR ended the russian-japaneese war, MLK fought for civil rights, and al gourd told everyone it's hot out.

It's not such a bad pick when you think about it. Look at what protesters have done in other country's. Places like Libya, Egypt, Syria etc. have seen some brutal dictators fall and may have a chance for a real democracy. It might be a long shot, but it's a start.

I thought of this too (very briefly)…my argument is citizens have protested in countries around the world for centuries…it’s not until some deadbeats get together here in the states and clog up city streets does “TIME” decide to care…also pretty sure the US military had a role dethroning those dictators…
