I think your post would have been more effective had you mispelled  a bunch of words in it.

I find myself looking stuff up in the dictionary that sits next to the computer on occasion.  Just my own anal self making sure I do spell things correctly.

I really don't care much about what others do, but hyothetically;  if you were to compare two identical papers, written by two different people, one of which contained multiple spelling errors, which person would you assume was more intelligent.  That being said, that selection might be totally opposite were you to meet these two individuals in person.
