Teriyaki Pheasant Sandwich

Sliced some pheasant into strips and marinated overnight in teriyaki sauce. Sliced some red onions and green peppers and sautéed them along with the pheasant.

-----

Added some crushed pineapple.

-----

Toasting the buns.

-----

Of course had to add some provolone cheese.

-----

Delicious!

Thanks for looking!

There's some food porn, looks delicious!!

Do you use the flat grill for a lot of things?  I looked at buying one the other day and wasn't sure I'd use it much.

Don't practice until you get it right, practice until you can't get it wrong.

Gets used quite often, first purchased a 36" griddle and 2 weeks later my wife was picking up a 22" for camping! They are fun to use but are taking me away too much from the smoker!

I was daydreaming about how many eggs or pieces of bacon I could cook on one at one time, that thought alone almost had me spending the money.

I presume it's a cast iron griddle. If so, do you do anything to season it or keep it rust free when not in use?

It is a griddle made by Blackstone, I believe the flat top is made out of carbon steel. Season the griddle and care for it just like cast iron.
