Sweet Briar Dam - Wednesday, April 21, 2010

Went out yesterday after a round of golf because I had to finish the day off doing my two favorite things. I just moved to Bismarck and love to bass fish so I thought I'd give Sweet Briar a try.

Well I only fished from shore, but I threw jigs with grubs, spinnerbaits, crankbaits,  and texas rigged at the lake and didn't have a single bite. I tried all of these baits with different speeds and colors....no luck. I did notice one boat out on the lake on the South end but didn't have a chance to talk with them.

Can't complain too much because it was so unbelievably nice out....and I was fishing not working :)

The water is extremely murky.
