Buddy and I fished Sweet Briar for the first time this year. Got set up at our first stop and fished for about an hour and a half and not a nibble. Moved to a different spot and within 15 minutes or so we had 4 bobbers down at the same time. Never seen that before. Ended up catching 10 perch, 2 northerns, and 1 small walleye. 7 FOW.

Went out on Monday and today and we fished the same point both days. Monday caught 5 perch (8+inches) and one walleye (14 inches). Today we caught 7 perch (8+inches) and one walleye (16 inches). Ice seems to be pretty good but with warm weather snow on top was melting and lots of pressure on ice so many holes were flooding. Seems to be doing alright, headed out again tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday. I'll keep you posted.

Went out for the evening fish. Had fair luck some small perch a few keepers. One 3.5 pound northern and a small walleye. Overall good day enough fish to make a meal. Happy with that!

went out sunday and fished north east of the third ramp. caught 4 pike with only one having any size to it (about three pound) and 5 pearch all about 8 to 10 inches |

Fished several spots on the east by the bluff with no luck. Ended up finding a spot and caught 7 perch (a few good sized!) and a northern.
About 12-15" of ice everywhere I was at. Not a bad day but it started to snow as I was leaving. Access to the lake was good except the far east road. Didnt want to get stuck! May be bad after this little storm!! |

caught two perch one northern on sunday pretty slow talked to a few other people and they had better luck but got out there early mornin. talk to one guy that had 17 perch 7 walleyes in 5 hrs nothing big few keepers

made a late afternoon drive out to the lake...saw vehicles all over the lake...must have been close to 60 different vehicles out fishing...heard of a few fish caught but didnt talk to very many fisherman...didnt appear to be too much snow out there....thinkin about tryin it sunday...anyone have much luck?

As of Tuesday the only place I seen vehicle's was out from the west ramp.....Quite a few vehicles and stationary houses......Alot of portables out from the 1st road back to the east off of the interstate exchange, no vehicles.

i see a couple people out there with theres alot of snow and water on top of the ice to the south drove over there yesturday but stay on the tracks it should be good
