Went to briar on Sun. dianganal from where you drive on with a walleye lost immediatly then 10 min. later a perch lost had 5 bites in the 1st 30 min. and nothing else

ice was good last saturday no water on top of the ice but i could tell it was softer drilling than the week before.

A couple small perch...fishing straight out from the northeast camp shelter. Talked to a guy later last night about 7pm who was fishing straight out from the southwest access point. He had picked up a lot of perch and had one walleye in the hole before it threw the hook. The snow gets kinda deep toward the south side of the lake...by the dam and scenic overlook.

Ice at Sweet Briar is fine. Snow is packed down so you can drive around anywhere. Drove to the far east side and back with my car...no problems.

whent out from 11:00-5:00 only caught 2 perch and right at the end had a bite that is it it was a very slow and cold day

yep, sure can. I've been ice fishing the lake for 20 years and can't recall the water being this clear, it reminds me alot of Audebon.
