Stump Lake Park Inset - Saturday, August 13, 2011
Report Details
Had a great day on Stump. Managed a few Walleye's slippin on the South side of the park. We then decided to focus on the 20 - 30 foot depth and pull bouncers with perch colored spinners. Crawlers outfished leaches 2:1 and we caught about 30 Walleye's and 10 perch in about 2.5 hours. Biggest Walleye was 22 inches and biggest perch was just over 13".

Re:sounds like you did well to me. I have never b-bounced on stomp yet with fear of snags, its been three years since ive fished Devils lake where i threw cranks, pulled cranks, b-bounced and jigged, now i fish Stump only and tie off to a tree with the best results in a long time. My question to you is where are you able to pull anything in 20-30 ft of water without hitting snags on the south end of the lake??
