The launch north of Tolna is open, but you are going to definitely want to wait until they put some rocks down where you get on. From the sounds of it they should have that done sometime this week otherwise you are trying to drive out of a mud hole.....Went out on Sunday mornings 9-2 and fished mainly eastern side of the lake as the wind was SSW trying anywhere from 5-25 feet of water...wind blown shores, bait fish all around and no walleye

Re:T2 thanks for the info! Was out a couple weeks ago and had the same luck. Although we marked some fish and hand one on brielfy it was hard fishing, should be picking up soon though.

Re:You should let me know when they start going nuts, I can't believe that it's too long from now, I was out there last year a week before the 4th and we hammered them..big time. So I was surprised not to do all that well. I think that my next time up there will be around the end of July but everything just seems to be a little slower when it comes when walleye get aggressive in stump lake. |

Re:T2, havent been back to stump the last couple weeks. As T-lund says its getting better though. Ill report after getting out there again!
