Spear Fishing Devils Lake

The ol' man doesn't get out ice fishing much, but would like to give spear fishing a whirl again. We don't have any of the equipment, so we're thinking about doing a trial run to see if we like it.
 
Any suggestions for a guide that has the equipment and can put us on a chance at a few pike?

If we get into it, might have to start a new hobby!

I would go into the trees of Wolford's Bay.  Thats where I normally go for spearing anyways.  Out west shoudl be just as good, if not better.

Juanita Lake just East of Grace City has been ok.   The water is nice and clear.  By the park on the South end is only 5-6 feet deep.  The access has been pretty good but I don't know since this last weather.  The limit there is in the 3 per day area instead of 5 like DL.  It's not fast and furious but you can get a few.

you could get a hold of mark bry he goes outta devils lake he will get you on fish
