Picked up a few tulibee on LOW this past weekend and want to give them a shot in my new smoker.  I've heard they are good that way.  I got a brine recipe and fish are in the fridge, but have no idea what temp to smoke them at and how long.  The fish are gutted with the heads cut off.  I'm planning on using apple chips.  Any help/tips are appreciated.

I just did a few they other day, but for the life of me I can't remember how long I had them in.  My temp is between 120-130 (electric smoker)  and I want to say I had them smoking for about 2 maybe 2 1/2 hours.

Another common problem is parasites. Many fish
contain tapeworms and nematodes that can survive
some low salt brining and temperature smoking
methods and can cause serious health problems.
These parasites can be destroyed by freezing the raw
product at a temperature of 0
