simmons make some nice reasonably priced scopes, I would get something thats got a min of 12x max power and 44 to 50 MM objective, AO. The Aetec and whitetail expedition stick in my head as quality reasonably priced optics, both can be picked up for about 100 bucks or so. If you want to go cheaper check out BSA sweet 17, that is what I have on my marlin 17hmr and I can 3 shoot dimes all day at 100 yards.

Thanks for all the recommendations for the scopes. I decided after a few hours of reading reviews online i decided to go with the Mueller 4x16x50AO scope. I hadnt heard much about it until I found it on ebay. Then I researched alot about it. I havent got to go and sight it in yet, but when i do i'll let everyone know how it does.
