Does anyone own a Ruger sr9, sr9c or a p95 in 9mm and if so i just wondering what you think of it and your likes and dislikes with it, I am thinking of getting one just to mess around with.

Had a P95, nothing wrong with the gun itself just didn't "feel" right and never got really comfortable with it so sold it.

Go to your favorite store and handle one to see how it feels in your hand.  Then dry fire it several times to see if you're pleased with the trigger.  I bought a Springfield XDm in 3.8 compact and like it a lot.

I have a Ruger p95 don't use it much but I haven't had any complaints with it.

Fun little gun the times I've used it.

I have a P95. Shoot fine, never had a problem with it. I have a pistol in every vehicle, and the P95 spends all its time in my Grand Cherokee.

i also have a sr9c and i think it is a great shooter.  it is small, light and the grips fit the way you want them to.  the long magazine has a extention on it to make the grip a bit longer if you have large hands.  cleaning it is straight forward and easy.  loaned mine to a buddy eight months ago to try out and he likes it so much he still has it.  i think you would like it.

I've got a two tone sr9. The little bit I've shot it its been great. Less than 200rds through it but not a single failure of anykind.

I've been thinking bout selling it to put money towards an AR.

Have you considered buying a slightly used one?

Just make sure you dry fire it with the magazine in. Ruger's new semi-auto pistols can be damaged if you dry fire without the magazine.

To expand on the dry fire issue, here is what happens: The magazine disconnect blocks the striker when the magazine is not inserted. Instead of the striker going all the way forward, it gets hung up on the mag disconnect, which may cause damage.
