Good long run this moring.&amp;nbsp; Felt a bit frisky so I kicked it up a bit the second half.&amp;nbsp; I'm thinking 7:45-7:30 per mile&amp;nbsp;for the&amp;nbsp;half marathon&amp;nbsp;next weekend if I feel like I did this morning.&amp;nbsp; What a beautiful morning for a run!!!&amp;nbsp; GET OUT THERE AND GET AFTER IT PEOPLE!!!!&amp;nbsp; &lt;img alt="" src="/class/view/forms/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/teeth_smile.gif" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
