posted by: 4my3kids414. We went to the Angus Grill this evening. We have been meaning to try it since we live right here. Needless to say it was our first time and very last. We are so disappointed. It took our waitress quite awhile to take our orders.

After she took our order she went to another table and sat down to visit with them, took their orders and went to the kitchen. Of course the people she visited with received their food ten minutes before us. We all ordered the special - two burgers and fries.

The waitress brought out my burger and my daughters chicken strips and everything was very cold. They brought my husbands burger out which was hot. Both orders were wrong. The waitress took my food and my daughters to warm up.

They finally brought our food out 45 minutes after we ordered. They took $3.21 off our bill. No apologies. Nothing. The place was not busy at all.

We will not go back, I hope others will have better luck than we did.

posted by: RNinND. I've been there twice and ordered the prime rib on both occasions. The first time it was great and the aus jus(?) was awesome. The second visit is worthy of constructive criticism. The prime rib was late and cool (cold) and overdone. They took it back and tried to warm it up to lukewarm. The waitress was very apologetic and truly it wasn't her fault. She said the kitchen was having an off night which can happen to anyone. Considering the food on the first try, I may go there again. I suppose they're still trying to get into the swing of things??

posted by: Trev. That place definitely has good food. Haven't had anything that I didn't like so far. Nice atmosphere inside too.
