I was up to Round Lake in Kidder County, would be really difficult to get on even if you walk out. The ice has pushed up on shore and is abouit 4ft. high and will be hard to get over it. |

As with a lot of lakes, there is more than 1 round lake in north dakota. There is a round lake near drake/anamoose but this is not it. The round lake in Kidder county is up by Pettibone. I believe the game and fish has directions to both of them on their website.

The road atlas or map does not tell you the right place to go to this lake so we lost 2 an a half hours becouse someone that was not going fishing had to look it up on the map so then the other driver had to go to the spot on the map , it said just past towner an before rugby on the north sid of the road .
