Yep we leave for the Big Mo on friday night...Private land hunting the rifle land I used to have here in nebraska was taken over while I was in Iraq and they are slob hunters.
Would not mind if they stand hunted like I do but they walk around all day and run the deer off.
The rut is really kicking it up the last few day been seeing at least three shooter bucks a sitting.
If I send u video can u post that?

We saw 8 different bucks last night in the stand....
Had a spike come right into the doe decoy and get 10 feet from her and stomp at her and try and get her to move...Pretty entertaining....2 BIG SHOOTERS TO FAR OFF THOUGH.....
PASSED ON 4 SHOOTERS THIS WEEK
GOT BUSTED THE OTHER MORNING PULLING THE BOW BACK ON A BIGUN....
OH WELL
BEEN A GREAT WEEK ONE LAST SIT THIS MORN UNTIL LUNCH.
THEN I HAVE TO PACK FOR MO....GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

1 doe down for me.  Going to try to fill the bonus tag this afternoon.  If not I've got the late season.  Kind of a worthless day out with the wind and warmth.

saw about five does today. shot at one and missed. headin back out in the morning.

went out this morning and a deer came into about ten yards right as it became legal shooting time, my buddy took the shot. dropped him right where he stood. turned out to be a six point buck. im gonna go out again tomorrow and see if i have any luck.
