Lake Sakakawea - Tuesday, October 14, 2014

Went out to Douglas Bay today and fished for a few hours.  Fished 25-45 FOW looking for walleyes.  Had a few bites and lost one at the boat, but otherwise a very slow day.  We used spinners and jigged.  It got pretty windy and it got hard to move around.  Looking forward to ice fishing.

Also, I launched from Church of the Cross and left my IPad on the back of my truck.  If anyone see's it, can you message me?  I think it fell off somewhere from the ramp to somewhere in Garrison.  It is in a black case.

Lake Sakakawea - Saturday, July 26, 2014

Fished the big water yesterday.  The wind made it a real challenge but the fish were bighting.  back trolled into the waves with a tiller. Caught fish in 20 feet out to 30 feet, didn't seem to matter as long as you were in that range.  Crawlers on bottom bouncers seemed to work best with a few fish caught on leeches.  Very aggressive bite. No minnow bite.  We were soaked head to toe but we got our limit.
