quanity of deer reports please

live south of Kenmare went to town twice didn't see a deer talked to 4 different groups and one group saw 2 with spots no doe with them this was 3:33 pm

Walked and glassed all day. 2 little bucks and 20 some doe. Nothing moving around that i seen. Was sitting on rockpile just before dark and heard 13 shots in a row at 6:52 tonight.Must be piss pour shooters

Hunted all day on upper souris by tolley and seen 10 deer total, 6 really small bucks and 3 does and 1 fawn. I think its the worst I have ever seen!

Three hunters in the badlands hoofing it with optics. 12 deer total. First ever for my area...saw 8 elk. I am heading out tomorrow. I am pretty pessimistic.

Tim, if you dont mind me asking where did you the elk at? my dad has a tag and we have been out every weekend and have not seen an elk yet

Not many hunters afoot at all in 2I. Wind kept deer laying tight. Put on at least five miles in our usual areas to find hardly any deer at all. Numbers must be way down, or just no pressure to get them up and moving. Road hunters outnumber us walkers by 10-1 in this area of the unit. Pretty sad.

Saw lots of deer today in our usual hunting area.. over 40 we counted for sure.. was the best opener we have had in some time... off to bed more tags to fill tomorrow!! got a nice doe and a big buck..

Hunted Upper souris. Not a bad day...Seen about 20 to 25 deer. Only 4 bucks today, two shooter and two small 4x4s. Buddies that were with me both filled doe tags in forst hour or so. I shot once at one of the shooters on a fast trot and missed about 200 yards. Going back tomorrow to try to get one the big one. Not many people chansing them around today in area we were in. Hopefully can fill the buck tag tomorrow. Good luck all.

Largest Bass to date. 9lbs 6 ozs... 26 in length 18 in girth caught from Choke Caynon resivor in TX.

Dad called from the farm, said they put in about 7.5 miles today. A few bucks in the 120-135 class but no shooters. About 15-20 does. Only other hunters was one other group for about a 3-4 mile hike and they said they saw about 20 does total and no shooter bucks either. Sloughs are all full of water, most deer were seen in the eaten down prairie and side hills. Hunting some new grounds in the southern part of 3A3 near the lake.

Well I was out in 2G and lots of road hunters I was just out checking cam was too windy to be in stand with bow so drove around a bit didn't see 1 deer, saw a dead doe in the back of a mini van though and heard a few shots not much else to say. Goodnight

Hunted all day with my brother. Saw 25 deer where we were hunting. All were fawns and young bucks, with the exception of two mature does.

Nothing wrong with any 120-135 class deer at all ! They were just young deer, so they were let to live another day! Buck tags in the unit we hunt are 1 in every 4 years, so they are trying to hold out for something bigger, and if they dont find something 145+, or something with cool character, the tag will be eaten.

there was 12 of us in our hunting party and we saw 6 deer all day south of velva. We walked some really good area where there are always deer. I think numbers are way down

We Hunted in 2I yesterday, seeing 6 does. We counted 32 vehicles with hunters from noon till dark
