My buddy Joey was in town for the weekend so I thought I would take him to my hot spot. Turns out this was the only walleye we caught all day.

Fishing DL with my daughter was a blast. We found some white bass feeding on the surface and she picked her favorite lure ( pink tiger salmo hornet) and began to cast. she had a blast

Was up at DL last week with a couple buddies and decided to chase some bass.

Was pitching cranks along some weed beds for bass at DL and got quite a surprise when this guy hit. Went about 9lbs.

A buddy and I headed up to the NE part of the state for waterfowl opener with goosefishman and his crew. Had a great time, now just need to work on our marksmanship skills! (grin)

It was a good weekend over all but Saturday was a little tougher with the wind. Sunday was much better. Had a 3 man limit by 10:00. Dogs deserve most of the credit though.
mini rooster
i got my 3 roosters today and only fired 1 shot. My GSP caught 2 live birds, one of which is pictured below. I have never seen a rooster this small during the season. It was either
eyes on the prize!
Finally got a trailcam pic of him & it's the first time i've seen him since gun season ended so i was pretty excited to see he made it. I had a 15 yard broadside shot at him 2 weeks ago
The old guys still got it.
Got out to do some pheasant hunting with my dad a few weeks back before the cold weather and he had a blast. Lot's of birds, dog worked well and Dad can still shoot.
