Tailrace I'm guessing.

 Went down to the tailrace on friday... from about 6 pm - 9pm, and not a single fish was caught! ... well walleyes i guess.... i did catch 4 goldeyes... There were 3 or 4 boats out in front of us also, and only saw one fish caught in the 3 hours we were there..... must have picked an off night!!  Congrats on the nice catch!

I went back down on Saturday and Wedn and limited both days.  took a while though.
