Make sure that you raise them as "free range" apparently that makes them taste better.

Now you just have to watch out for weasels, owls, fox, and the neighborhood dogs.  My old man and his buddies used to raise pheasants and they had to tend with a few theives from time to time.

I asked J to post up the picture of one of the predators I sent him the other day. Vermin are dealt with swiftly and firmly at my hobby farm. No shananagins!
