Meelosh, Secret recipe,pretty simple actually,rub the bird down with herbs including chinese 5 season spice,this bird I grabbed an apple off my tree,slice it up and stuffed the birds,roast the birds on a rack/pan with a little little wine and OJ for flavor,roast for two hours uncovered,reduce heat to 200 degrees,baste and cover for another 30minutes or until the meat pulls from the bone,damn good when ya get adult birds w/o pin feathers.
