As jacked up as this sounds, even with that head gear, I don't think he's done growing.  He looks a bit to much like a 3.5 year old.  Lite in the hind quarters and no saggy belly or blocky chest indicative of a mature deer.  It may be that this one has the potential to hit that magical 180 mark or even higher if given a chance.  Those type of bucks don't come around very often.  However, I wouldn't fault anyone for taking him right now.  Good luck with the decision.  Have fun.

kdm, I agree and see what you do too.  Hard to notice past the rack.  I couldn't pass him unless I owned a huge area of land and knew he could make it.

Yeah Decoy, it'd be a tough call for me too, but Dang man!  That boy's got the goods to maybe break 200.

Thanks Radpro for sharing that pic.  I'll be waiting to hear what you decided to do.  Again, have fun.

All I can say is empty your shorts when he comes by! Tough one to stay calm on!! Absolute monster!!!!! Just curious, is this a North Dakota deer? Not asking where, just curious. Don't see many like this at the taxidermists!!

No doubt in my mind that is a 200 inch deer.  Is it a North Dakota deer?
