Fresh cracked black pepper, salt and some galic powder. I like to use bacon to keep the moisture in. I like to put them in cast iron and fry them up. The bacon fat seems to cook into the Dove better with cast iron and help with retaining the moisture more than a traditional pan. Good eats! I'm having them as some Hours'dervs (spelling) with a cold brew tonight..

Another idea for those tasty morsels...take two breast pieces and put some jalapenos and/or cranberries (whatever else sounds tasty...cheese, etc) in between the breast pieces and then wrap in bacon and grill.  I usually marinate the meat first.  I do that with a lot of wild game.  Duck works real good...same principle...just fillet open one side of the breast and make a pocket.  Goes great with the cold brew Big J referred to.
