Photo Contest Now Running

TOTAL OUTDOOR NETWORK PHOTO CONTEST RULES 

These rules are very simple. You, or someone you know, take a picture of anything outdoors related. Each month members will post pictures, and the following month we will all get to vote for our favorite. The picture receiving the most votes for the month will receive a prize. The best picture for the year will win a Grand Prize. Pictures can be anything from camping, fishing, bird watching, hunting, vacations, sporting events, military, etc. It does not matter as long as it has an outdoor theme. 

• You must be a member of any one of the Websites belonging to the Total Outdoor Network (TON). This is free to anyone to sign up. (sign up here) 

• Photo Contests open only to U.S. residents. 

• To enter, simply submit photos electronically through any one of the TON websites. You may also submit a photo along with a fully completed and signed TON Photo Contest Entry Form by mailing it to TON , Inc. PHOTO CONTEST 1300 32nd Ave SW Apt 111, Minot, ND 58701or by emailing them to tsandstrom@fishingbuddy.com. 

• All eligible finalists for the Grand Prize will be chosen by February 1, 2008 and contacted by e-mail.  Note:  Members that do not include factual contact information (including email) will not be persued if chosen a winner of TON's photo contest.  If you information is incomplete or inaccurate contact tsandstrom@fishingbuddy.com to get the information updated. 

• Finalist will be placed on a special "Finalists Page" within TON web sites where the public will vote on the best Photo for the previous year. Winner's place in the contest will be determined by how many votes their entry receives. Most votes will receive the grand prize and all places will be determined numerically based on the amount of votes received. 

• Contests organized by Total Outdoor Network, Inc. ("TON"), as sponsor of TON Photo Contest. Participation in contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules. Noncompliance with these rules shall be grounds for disqualifications. TON reserves the right to certify all entries. 

• No purchase necessary to enter to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

You can enter the contest as many times as you like. Any previous submission becomes ineligible. 

Decisions of TON judges are final. Photos will not be returned and become the property of TON . Contest entrants grant TON the right to edit, re-size, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, post and otherwise use, or to permit third parties to use, any entry, in whole or in part, separately or together with the name of the contest entrants. Photos submitted may be used by TON, or TON's Web sites or in third party materials and or web sites . 

All photos must be original; no creative editing will be allowed. Photo entrants must have taken the photo, or be the person in the photo and have permission from the photographer to enter the contest. If mailing your photo contest entrants must label the back of each photo with their name and the date their photo was taken. 

Prizes will be issued to qualified winners by TON. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value, substituted or exchange by the winner; however, TON reserves the right to substitute prizes as necessary. Federal, state and /or local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Entrants agree to release and hold TON, its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in any manner from their participation in the contest or acceptance and/or use of prizes. 

TON shall not be responsible or liable for : (i)late, list delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii)failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions of any kind; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of TON that may cause the contests to be disrupted or corrupted: or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. TON reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contests at any time for any reason with out notice. 

TON reserves the right to make changes to these rules and procedures at any time for any reason with out notice.
