went out last week sunday and we got 17 trout and 6 bass so fishing was really good and the ice was about 5 to 8 inches.

went out with a buddy to day messing around we fished with a bobber and hook when we got done we had 18 fish all blue gill and trout

went out to the pond today after work from 1:00 p,m til 4:30 pm....... tried to find one of the deep pools and found it......ended up catching and releasing 3 perch anf 2 bluegills..... water clarity is AWESOME CLEAR! 10 fow and can see the whole bottem contour.... drilled a bunch of holes in my summer fishing spots to gameplan and see what the texture looks like,, there is one spot that has lots of timber structure and is gonna rock in the summer!

went to the bismarck OWLS pond to try my luck i havent fished it since they redid it so i tried alot of spots... started with a pink and yellow teardrop and caught a bluegill off the bridge.. then moved around and put on a green and yellow floating lindy rig and caught 2 more bluegills and of all things caught a CARP! i wonder if G&F knows there are some of them in there.. it put up a good fight . i was hoping it was a catfish... needless to say what a great day! |
