heavy-d Joined: 01/08/2004 Location: ND	Does anyone know where you can sign the petition for the Clean Waters, Lands and Outdoor Heritage Fund. Its measure that they want to put on the ballot to use 5% of oil revenue towards habitat and the outdoors.

Which would lead to major corruption, etc.

cynical Joined: 10/27/2004 Location: ND	Money is not the answer to solving all problems imho. Look at Tioga, ND. Billions have been run through that town over the last 40yrs and the place is a f-ing dump.

eyexer Joined: 02/28/2007 Location: ND	there shouldn't be a cent of oil revenue used for anything else but repairing roads and infrastructure in oil producing counties until it's all up to decent standards. Then by all means use some for other things.
