Anybody ever fish here? I just got back and one caught one little perch after drilling 20 holes all over the place. According to the G&F it should have a good population of trout.

There's lots of bullheads in there.  I think it winter kills every year, besides a few fish.  You might have a prayer if you went super early ice.

I talked to the guy who is in charge of the ponds and the only real way to catch those trout is to fish it right away. It isnt deep enough for the trout in the summer the water will get too hot. the fish that dont die are  either crap fish or have been super stunted

7 feet was the deepest water I found. And yes I was on the right pond the North Pond by the playground. According to the game and fish it has never been stocked with perch, I was really surprized when I caught one. Hopin to catch a few trout, as I have never caught one

yikes, you would think that nothing would survive the winter with water that shallow, unless it's got an airater, or how ever you spell it.
