i thought tjack was playing today.  That was farve?  Talk about horrible wonder how the 3 guys feel about going down and getting him now.  Some of the worst passes i have seen in a long time.  At least the cowboys are losing now i get some satisfaction from that.  Gona be a long year watching the packers win all the time.

The vikings looked pretty sick again today.  Miami didn't look any better.  But as poorly as they played they shouldn't have been in either game against two teams that could be playing in the AFC and NFC championship games and they were.  That tells you the defense is playing fairly decent.  The o-line is horrible and we have no wide receivers to speak of.  until that issue is addressed they will continue to loose games.  Look for Vincent Jackson to be signed at WR by mid week, so says my brother whom is pretty up on the vikes.  Above all the turnovers, the two biggest mistakes were not kicking fields goals.  One on the first drive of the game the other at the two minute mark.  You have a team that can't put it in the end zone.  There's two minutes left and the Defense is playing great.  You kick it and get the ball back.  Longwell is good to 50 yards in the dome.  You have to play small ball till the offense is back on track.  Take what you can get.  It would be different if the O-line was controlling the line of scrimmage but they were being handled all day.  For christ sakes Loadholt ended up in the backfield on that fourth and goal play at the end.  How the hell does that happen when your running the ball on the one.

Seems to me there are 21 other players that really
did not do much to help win that game either.  Vikes
looked like crap and did not deserve to win.  They
best regroup real quick.

I would call this a bonus loss by the Vikings, Both teams kept trying to lose and one finaly did. I didnt see the game but caught some of it on the radio when I was out fishing.  If they cant beat the Lions next week, then they are in real trouble.

The lions are going to beat some people this year.  You can't have first pick in the draft for like ten years in a row and not field a team with talent.  So occasionally they will beat some people.  I think this year they win 6-8 games.

Another game or two and favre should be ready to call it a season and just collect the check.......Very true both teams tried to lose this game just that the vikes tried just a little harder and accomplished it.  Even if they get jackson, he still has to sit a couple weeks.  Gotta love the NFL, seems there r up and coming teams every year!

Why is every one so reluctant to pin it on farve.  He sucked fat richard.  The int to percy was a bad trhrow maybe make it so he does not have to slide to catch the ball.  The others were horible.  i would rather loose with tjack at least he was never wearing green and gold at one time.  Should have got mcnab and left farve on his porch.

I was at the game and it was apparant a few things were missing. Fist off, kick the damn feild goals, especially when the offense isn't clicking on all cylinders! Second, the offensive line looked lack luster, Farve didn't have much time in the pocket with out having to scramble, when he did the recievers just weren't there. Farve threw a frew bad passes but some of this is also on the recieving core. When nobodies open you could tell farve was trying to force the issue. Third, GET RID OF BERNARD BERRIAN, he had a total of 25 yards and another flubber on a return. Free up some cash and go get moss and or jackson so we have somebody that can go up and get a damn ball. The INT. to Berrian, farve was trying to force the issue, the probelm is Berrian did nothing to try and get that ball, he basically just let Miami have it!

The good, well other than the breakout run and the 50 yard pass on Miami's first possesion, the D looked pretty decent. Miami had some success running early but after regrouping the Vikes kinda shut that down too. AP is still an animal!

I was a little pissed a Chili, considering the lack luster recievers and having no chance to go deep, atleast try some screen passes and such, and again going for it on 4th early in the first half we gave me the impression he's still on last year's power trip, kick the field goals!

I remember when Berrian was plucked from the Bears.  Right away I was a little bummed but then I remembered his development of dropping passes.  I thought maybe it was a fluke.  But it appears his big contract has even added more to his issues as he really isn't doing anything out there.  Be kinda scary if they did go and get Jackson.  And speaking of Moss, my goodness that was a sweet grab.  I didn't watch hardly any football (don't even have cable yet nor a digital converter box).  So I went to BWW for a 3:00 snack.  Was watching that game.  Dandy catch.

Didn't get to watch the Vike game.  Was on the road switching back and forth between 710 and Sirius Bears game.  Just happened to turn the channel when Favre fumbled in the end zone.  Gotta love the Vike commentators.  They weren't happy fellas at all.  By far the best commentators in the NFL though.  And I mean that.  Minnesota does a good job of getting radio and TV personnel that's for sure.

At least AP looks good....so far.

They better go get Jackson!!  Then we can offer Chilli, T-jack, and Berrian as a package deal for some teams 3rd string WR....I would be an upgrade!
