I'm on this site all the time.  Sure has changed recently.  Not many people viewing the posts.  Seems like a mutiny is going on.  Maybe have to go to NODAK.

Jig if you don't bash landowners and landowers rights on 4 out of 5 topics,and don't agree with the super mod you will be gone in a heartbeat.

I miss out on quite a bit of what goes on here so I may be leaving out some details but from what I did see is the Moderator ask people several times in the past to discipline themselves, Some either didn't have enough self discipline or they don't like rules. The moderators were forced to discipline a few of them.

I have no clue but  I have not heard of any changes.  I can imagin he might have gotten bombed with too many PMs . to answer.
  That has to be the most thankless job in the state.    Hang in there Tim, Your doing a good job.

 Sad fact is, it came down to bash this car maker that car maker. This gun maker that gun maker. This politician that politician. This ND town that ND town. This work force that work force. This optic company that optic company. Once those were beat to death, someone would reword it and there it went again. 
If someone came here and asked for advice, they got beat with "that's junk, wrong, stupid etc"  everyone here has their likes and dislikes, no need to browbeat someone because there likes don't  match yours.

I agree dont forget the- If you post a fishing report you ruin the lake for everyone who normally fishes it vs. if you dont post a report for the entire site every time you go out then you are not an asset to the site.

I dont go around guessing cup sizes either I just know a nice rack when I see one.

Here is my fishing report from the Lake of the Ozarks,everyone welcome,temps. today in the mid 50"s,crappie seems to be bitting behind the Bagnell dam.   No-one cares what plate is on your car.   Great day to take grandkids out to fish off the bank.

why does everyone think its such a thankless job.  he gets paid well, does it while working another fulltime job and gets perks from the advertisers.  Yes it probable isn't the greatest part time gig in the world but he is compensated well and if it were as bad as some make it seem i would think all the hunting, fishing, other full-time job, and everything else he does away from this site, that it would be easy enough to turn it over to someone else.

Just wish this site would go back to what it used to be...fun banter about the outdoors, outdoor gear advice, reports, fun experiences, sports, etc... Now it seems over half of the threads are either to bash the game and fish, politics, or bash certain groups of people (or they turn into those types of threads).  It's getting old.  Obviously I don't have to read it but it seems like a group of bratty girls have taken over and a "if you don't like us you suck" attitude prevails.

oh its still thesame for the most part, its just a few of the people are actually out fishing or hunting unlike some of us who are working or too lazy to be out doing somthing.  I love this site

Haha yea I saw you other one also, I like it, too bad I love ice fishing so much I'm not quite ready to get excited about the open water. Although if I ever make my way to MO I know where to sneak off to!
