Photo Description:
Reason why I ate my bow tag this year...Passed up on a lot of bucks and saw him during shooting hours three times, maybe I'll get his sheds! Think the left one would crack 180? He's a DDT 10x8 I tried trophy hunting this year, and it's not for me! First one outside the ears next year is going down

Re:Just think how you would have felt however if you had shot a smaller one early and then had a chance at this one!! Nice buck and good luck on finding the sheds. Don't feel bad on the trophy hunting as it left my wife and I with 5 tags in our pockets. Comes with the territory.
"When we step into the outdoors, we have the privilege of standing in the presence of God through the power and majesty of His creation. That makes hunting more than a sport or a hobby. It's a calling to something greater. And that transforms the places that we stand into something more than a cropfield or a pasture or a mountain. It makes that place Hallowed Ground." |

Re:The lead deer is a head-gear specialist, and the back one is a proctologist! I care little of their professions, they are dandies! |

Re:Yeah I will put another pic up looking straight on and away this is a north dakota deer, only in the midwest, I've never seen anything like this out west, (washington) he's got some genes running around too there's a few bucks around with the same frame as him I could only wish of having another one grow a drop tine or 2 tho! Thanks for the comments
