Moving Deer Decoys..Legal?

I purchased a Delta Doe Decoy this fall and want to use it during the rut. It's got the moving tail if i pull a string, and squats if i pull the string.

Front page in directions tells me to see if using a moving decoy is legal in my state.
Is a moving decoy legal in ND?

thanks -BGH

If you want to have some interesting experiences, put a young buck decoy out with her at the same time.  If Mr. Big is in the area, it may well make him real upset.  =o)  Good luck!  Decoys can be a ton of fun!

Check out the new David Smith decoy.  It looks  pretty good.  Also looks dangerous to use, in fact it says to not use it during any gun season.

If you want to have some REAL fun, rig a cannister of black powder in the chest cavity, set 375yds behind some blaze orange POSTED signs, rig up a couple cameras and watch the action in the morning as you drink coffee.  DAMN that would be funny!  If I had the means, I'd do this every day and not present the entertainment to the G&F until rifle circus was over.

Holy crap! No kidding. Put and electric game caller underneath that thing and have the remote up in the tree with you and it would be like cheating.
