I was thinking about fishing the river in the morning in the Minot area. Just wondering if anyone else was planning on it and possibly wanted to meet up!?

I'm thinking that might not be a good plan.

No way I'd go out on that river ice this year.  I was just casting cranks at Oak Park over the Holidays.  Is the dam shut off?  Bottom line, I don't want anyone hurt.
