Moon Lake - Wednesday, February 16, 2011

Report Details
We went out on Moon the past two days and the access is walking or sleds only.  The ice thickness went from 14 to 30 inches and is milky, but solid enough for sleds.  We walked out from the landing to about the middle of the lake and used swedish pimples tipped with minnow heads.  We caught all the 6-7 inch perch a guy could want.  Not much to clean, but it was great to get out in this nice weather.

Thanks for the report. Have you been out to any other lakes in the area?
