I was up there twice a little over a week ago.  We didn't do well, a number of trout, a nice northern and a couple really small eyes.

However, the Creel survey fella just had to chuckle because everyone else was bringing in walleye.

Use jigs and crawlers on the west side just north of the ramp in about 8-12 ft and you should catch a few walleyes.  The trout were on the east side by the riprap in fast moving water and hitting cranks.  The northern and couple eyes we did catch were south of the plant.

FWIW, the northern had about a 10-12 inch trout in his belly.

No, those three trips this summer are the only times I have ever been in that area.  We went about a mile and a half in each direction at the most.

Seemed like there were LOTS of holes to fish by the plant on both sides of the river, but like I mentioned, our success was not the best.
