As per the fishing report on the tribune website:
The Game and Fish Department flew the Missouri River Tuesday to assess the boat ramp situation.
Bob Frohlich said from the Garrison Dam to Kneifel Landing the river is open and ramps are usable. The Kneifel ramp has ice on it and crews will open that one when equipment is available.
Nearer Bismarck and Mandan, Hoag’s Island and the Sibley ramps are closed but Fox Island and the Grant Marsh ramps are open.
On the west side access is good down to Fort Rice but south of that the river is still iced up.
