Photo Description:
Took this ol bruiser November 1st as I hunted alfalfa bottoms along the Milk River in Eastern Montana.  Hunted some days with the bow but weather was just too mild..last night of the hunt..last ten minutes of legal shooting light.. and the 270 hit
its mark at 250  yards his one base measured right at six inches.. I had a pretty good day in the stand...

It has been too long since I've been in the shop.  I heard about the buck and had hoped to see some pictures!  Congratulations!  He is very unique.  Too bad you couldn't have got him with the stick and string.  No matter, in the end you ended up with the same result... a great deer.
