We fished Fort Tauton Pt., Cactus point and the Misson Bay Tressel. (No bulky windsheild to prevent us from going under the bridges.)
We caught Forty walleyes ( two five pounders and several others over 16”), 26 whites ( five 17” and one 18”),  1 NP and 1 perch. Jigs and minnows in 20 - 30 feet of water. Had a great day of fishing.

Hi all:  just did an evening fish with my son and good friend.  Pitched cranks into shallow water and we ended up catching fish all night long with sizes ranging from 10" to 23".  Couple of slough sharks and 1 bass.  Orange and firetiger seemed to catch the most fish.  Hope this helps.

We fished both ends of  the Stromme road, Penny Bay, Ft T point, Cactus Point, Bird Island and Lost Jig on Monday 9/13.
Our totals: 23 walleyes; 6 NP and 33 whites.  One 11#2oz NP and only one keeper(17 inch) Walleye.
We used spinner on bottom bouncers, jigs and crankbaits. Best colors were white and light green. Best bait was crawlers but some hit on minnows. Water temperature was 64 degrees.

After a good couple days of fishing on Irvine and Morrison we decided to spend a night on Devils Lake just to say we did.  We set up on the west point of Creel Bay and fished from 24-12 ft and had the house sitting in 17ft.  We marked a couple fish with the vex but no go.  Ended up catching 2 dinks on the rattle reels in the house.  The Aquaview showed a bunch of crayfish on the bottom but nothing else.  We had great luck chasing pike on Morrison (on the NW end of the lake in about 4-6ft of water with smelt) and ended up with a 3 man limit in about an hour and a half.  The biggest pike was 10lbs and the smallest one kept was about 5lbs.

We spent a couple days on Irvine on the north side of the lake by everyone else and did pretty good.  I caught a FAT 13" perch and an 11" and saw another monster down the hole.  Some smaller pike came through and we kept maybe 4 of them.  Also ended up with maybe a dozen keeper eyes most about 16" long and one healthy 23" fish.  Used minnows on plain hooks for the most part.

Went spearing and tip up fishing on Sunday in Wolford's Bay, never saw a fish and never had a flag go up, very slow day. I would sure like to hit it on a good day sometime.

Fished Creel Bay yesterday and today.  Fished in 15-17ft of water.  Marked alot of fish both days, but fish were really lethargic.  We caught 4 and missed 3 walleyes yesterday and got skunked today.  I think the cold front played a major factor with the fish.  If we could have caught all we marked it would have been a slaughtering.  Woke up this morning to near -20 temps that didn't make things any easier.  Fish were on the small side(13") and they all went back.
