Dont call me back when you need me for two months.

Dont expect me to produce parts in ten seconds, when the ones from China turned out to be scrap. { been there done that}

Dont fire your knowledgeable people and retain your idiots just because you get along with the idiots better.

Dont think that you arent replacable either, because you are.

That's EXACTLY what this country needs.
More negative spouting and views that bring forth no intelligent thought whatsoever.

I usually don't have a lot in common with Kaptain (although Captain Morgan and I do see eye to eye quite a bit), but here goes.  Lets not jump down this guys throat for his opinion.  Lets take a second to look at ourselves here.  It is easy to tell who is an employer and who is an employee just by thier reactions to these "letters".  First of all we all know that there are lazy, worthless employees who bring the company down a notch.  That isn't exactly a secret.  We see it every day - no matter where we go.  But on the other hand, there are employers who act like they are Gods whot think they can do no wrong, who thing they are owed something because of the jobs they created - when in reality we all know they are in business to make money and they are not some great humanitarian out there creating jobs just to benefit us undeserving slobs.  You know the type.  They have a very high turn-over rate.  They are always advertising for help no matter what season it is.  If you listen to them talk, every employee they ever had was a worthless retard.  None of thier business woes was ever thier fault.  These guys might not be as commonplace as the bad employees but they are out there.  What amazes me is that everyone accepts the fact that there are bad employees in the world, but yet get so bent out of shape when the tables are turned just a little bit.  Does that say anything about those getting offended?  Maybe, maybe not, but definitely something to think about.

Nobodys perfect.... that's a certainty.
BUT- Immediately blaming one side or the other does nobody ANY good.
Unless- your talking about the government. They always manage to FUBAR everything they touch.

I have had some bosses that'll bend over backwards for you... and I have had some that will (#$&(*#$&* on you every chance they get.

I am not a business owner... so I cant vouch for management status or anything of that nature... but in the USAF I did have people underneath me. They didnt like the way I ran a few things... but they understod why.

Simply have to know the 360 on the story before anyone can make a good call.... otherwise it's shooting from the hip, and tends to *(&(*&(* people off.

who really cares!  There's always going to be business owners, there's always going to be employees.  You make the decision yourself what you want to be.

Pretty much...
Those that want everything for no work always side towards Socialism...
Those that work for a living, and earn what they keep tend to like the captialist system...

Nothings perfect... but when a person has the means... DO IT... EARN IT. TAKE PRIDE IN IT.
Self Reliance is the key..... the key to any good, just, moral society.
