What he said. I was up there a week ago today and you could put a boat in yet at the low water boat ramp.

Farther back in the bay there was ice, but that's it.

Most of Van Hook has opened back up.  It is wide open from Skunk (and probably Bear Den) all the way to the East End embankment.  Bays are probably froze but that would be it.

Last week there was about 4 inches of ice south of the New Town bridge.  So not good at all.
