Was down at Beaver Bay towards the end of last week. Caught a few pike and a nice walleye. Also lost a few pike due to line snappage. Talked to a lot of people down there that had pretty much the same luck, mostly people catching pike with the occassional walleye thrown in. Some walleyes are small some are nice just not very many being caught. I agree in a few years Oahe is gonna be a big pike haven. Also have noticed a lot of young of the year crappie in the stomachs of the fish I have cleaned this fall.
