Report Details

Fished out of Beaver Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. Friday evening I was by myself and fished by the Prairie Knights Casino Marina pulling plugs in 12-30 feet. Had my limit along with releasing a few in between. Most fish were 15-20 inches with one 27 ½ incher that was a little on the skinny side, but still a good looking fish. Saturday did some work around the cabin and were in the water by around 1:30 and had our limit just before the storm blew threw. Fish bit from the casino marina and south about 4 miles. Sunday, was a different story. Started down by the cattail area and had three in our first pass, than decided to try some other spots with little luck before going back to the casino marina area and picked up three there before we decided to call it quits. The water was a little muddy from all the wind and it seemed to have an impact on our fishing Sunday. At least for us it did. All in all, another great weekend on the water.
