Lake Oahe, Missouri River - Monday, August 10, 2009

Put in at Walth Bay on Sunday, went south to the mouth of the Moreau, nothing, went to the bar by Swan Creek, nothing, went across the river from Swan and caught three, before being forced to leave due to the weather. I  had the whole lake in that area practically to myself, no wait at the boatramp and running planerboards, no problem. Fishings tough in that area right now, but its a good time to try different things and practice different trolling methods. Thje three we caught were in 24 to 30 FOW. If we would have been in that artea all day, Im sure we would have picked up a few more.
