Seen a few snowmobiles riding there yesterday, looks like some people walked out at the narrows also. Should be no problem fishing by turkey day....

Fished on Sat afternoon for a few hrs, seen some BIG bluegills being caught on the north part of the lake w/a worm and slipbobber. Guy had the whole reed bed to himself, he said he caught 3 over 2 lbs this past week. Ended up @ Long lake till dark, caught a few norskys and that was it.

last weekend i went fishing 20 feet off the docks in 5-6 fow at rugby point and couldnt keep the fish off my hook! Walleyes, panfish and a few pikes.
Using a leadhead and a peice of worm. Good luck. |

Went out this afternoon and did well on northern pike. Hot lure was a brass colored spoon. Largest fish went 10 - 12 pounds and the rest averaged 4 - 5 pounds. Great time!

Lots of hammerhandles wherever you find the warmer water. Haven't tried for panfish.
