wow is all i can tell you lake josephine is the best lake in the state right now. i went out with four guys five counting me.we were out for 3 hours and caught over sixty fish on gulp and jigs.

Fished Josephine with a couple buddies this morning. Hit the water around 8:30. Got our 15 with spinners and leeches working best for us. Fish were between 14-19" caught in 9-15' of water.

Got on the water a little late, water is turned with full bloom in effect. Many boats we talked to were skunked or few fish, We managed 7 walleyes in the time we were out there. Pulling spinners at slow speeds, best luck was around the island and close to shore near the ramp. No pike were caught by any of the 5 boats we talked to. Walleye were decent in size but nothing to write home about.
